As you know by now, this fanfic site has many types of Power Rangers fanfictions. Because of this, it may be a little confusing about when things take place, especially considering Saban has no sense of time, and it's hard enough figuring out the time frame of the show. So, I decided to create my own timeline to help situate certain events. Not every episode fits into the timeline perfectly, but hey, I tried! The timeline begins in MMPR and moves into the Turbo saga.
THE POWER RANGERS TIMELINE
The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episodes and fanfics take place from the beginning of the original Rangers' sophomore year, and ends towards the beginning of their senior year.
September 1994
Rita Repulsa escapes her dumpster on the Moon
Zordon assembles the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers
October 1994
Tommy Oliver moves to Angel Grove
Tommy becomes the Green Ranger
March 1995
Rita's Green Candle drain's Tommy of his powers
May 1995
Tommy's Green Ranger powers are temporarily recharged
July 1995
Lord Zedd arrives
September 1995
Tommy loses his Green Ranger powers for good
October 1995
Tommy becomes the White Ranger
November 1995
Aisha, Rocky, and Adam transfer to Angel Grove High from Stone Canyon High
Jason, Trini, and Zack go to Peace Conference
February 1996
Lord Zedd marries Rita Repulsa
March 1996
The Power Rangers go to Phaedos to get the powers of Ninja

Katherine Hillard moves to Angel Grove
Kimberly leaves the Power Rangers to train for the Pan-Global Games

Billy falls in love with Cestria and stays on Aquitar
Jason returns the Gold Ranger powers to Trey
The royal family of the Machine Empire is destroyed by Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa
June 1997
Divatox comes to Earth in search of Lerigot and Maligore
The Zeo Rangers become the Turbo Rangers
August 1997
Tommy, Adam, Tanya, and Katherine retire, giving their Turbo powers to T.J., Carlos, Ashley, and Cassie
Again, this is a very sad attempt at creating some sort of order on Power Rangers. Since the vast majority of my fics use the original team, this is as far as my focus on PR extends. All the fanfics dealing with the MMPR-PRTurbo cast will adhere to this timeline unless otherwise noted.
